Client: School HACCP - Food Safety Application Service Provider (HACCP [Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points] Compliance).

Challenge: School HACCP needed to develop a processed based systematic Internet application for the Food Service Industry.  The solution needed to enable restaurants/kitchens to quickly and easily comply with the USDA Food Safety HACCP Regulations. School HACCP asked SixRM to understand the compliance issues facing the Food Service Industry and develop a solution School HACCP could deliver to the marketplace.

Solution: SixRM's team partnered with School HACCP to completely understand the USDA HACCP Compliance regulations and every detail required for restaurants/kitchens to be compliant. Once SixRM understood all required parameters, SixRM's team built the technology blueprint, selected the optimal IT infrastructure and delivered a .NET web-based solution delivering on all ongoing USDA compliance issues.  The database driven solution significantly reduces the time and effort required by restaurants/kitchens to be USDA HACCP compliant.

Result: School HACCP has created a paradigm shift in the marketplace for HACCP compliance. Currently, School HACCP assists many schools across the United States meet their compliance requirements. In addition, SixRM is in the process of delivering a private sector version of School HACCP named HACCP Builder. SixRM and School HACCP will be launching the private version in the summer of 2008.  SixRM continues to support all of School HACCP's business.
